I am having trouble pairing, even after watching the tutorials

Before trying to pair your smartwatch again by following the tutorial steps, check the following:

  1. Are you using the correct One App? You can confirm this on your Smartwatch’s original box.
  2. Is your One App updated? And your phone’s software? — Both systems should be updated to their latest versions to ensure proper pairing.
  3. If you first turned on Bluetooth on your phone and paired through that method, you need to disconnect this connection by clicking the "unpair" option. You can confirm if your Smartwatch is connected this way if it appears in the "Paired Devices" list (image on the right).
  4. Restart your One Smartwatch.
  5. Restart your phone.
  6. Uninstall the One App and reinstall it.
  7. Enable location on your phone (image on the left).
  8. Make sure you are pairing through the One App. You can confirm you are connecting to the correct device by verifying the MAC Address (See the previous FAQ point if you have doubts).
  9. Follow the tutorial steps again.
How do I identify the "MAC Address" of my smartwatch?

The MAC Address is a unique code that identifies your device. It is with this that the app One can recognize your smartwatch and pair it correctly.

To find this code on your device, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Definitions of the smartwatch.
  2. Look for the option Information
  3. Look for something like Version — there you will see the code you need.
Compatibility of the One Smart App, One Time Pro App, and Lefun Health App.

App ONE SMART is compatible with the following generations of mobile phones:

  • Android 4.4 or later, the current version of the Android operating system is 14

App ONE TIME PRO is compatible with the following generations of mobile phones:

  • Android 5.0 or later, the current version of the Android operating system is 14
  • Apple iOS 10.0 or later, the current version of the iOS operating system is 18.1

App ONE TECH PRO is compatible with the following generations of mobile phones:

  • Android 5.0 or later, the current version of the Android operating system is 14
  • Apple iOS 12.0 or later, the current version of the iOS operating system is 18.1

App LEFUN HEALTH is compatible with the following generations of mobile phones:

  • Android 6.0 or later, the current version of the Android operating system is 13
  • Apple iOS 13.0 or later, the current version of the iOS operating system is 16.5.1 This means that phones from the last 8 years are compatible with the LEFUN HEALTH APP.

This means that phones from the last 10 years are compatible with the ONE APP. On iOS, the App "communicates" with the phone's Health App and the health data stays in that application.

The Bluetooth disconnects by itself. Why?

After pairing with the app, the smartwatch automatically reconnects when it is within range. When you open the app, it automatically detects the smartwatch.

Bluetooth may disconnect on its own because the maximum range between the smartwatch and the phone is 8 meters in a straight line, without obstacles. The connection can be affected by:

  • Walls, doors, or other physical obstacles;
  • Interference from other electronic devices that use Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

💡 Important: the functionality of Location for the One app must be enabled.

Functionality - Make and receive calls.

The latest generations of One Smartwatches allow you to make and receive calls directly from the device. Below we clarify some of the most frequently asked questions about this feature:
Does the contact name not appear when you receive a call? Please check the following:

  1. Is your device properly paired in the One App? (image on the right)
  2. Have you enabled call permissions in the App settings? (image on the left)
  3. Are your contacts stored on the SIM card? If so, and the smartwatch does not have access to this specific storage, it may prevent reading the contacts. If contacts are stored on the SIM card and not available in the phone’s memory, the smartwatch may not be able to read this information, especially if it can only read contacts from the phone’s memory or the synced Google account.

Is the number of frequent contacts limited? Yes! Each One App has a limit on the number of frequent contacts you can add. To do this, open the App, select "Frequent Contacts," and on the page select "+" to add to the list. Synchronization is automatic, and the contacts you choose will appear on the smartwatch under "Frequent Contacts."

Whenever you want to change the list, you must edit it directly in the App by following the steps above.

  • One Smart App — 8 frequent contacts
  • One Tech Pro App — 10 frequent contacts
  • One Time Pro App — 10 frequent contacts
How can I charge my smartwatch?
What is the purpose of the "Reset" function?

The "Reset" option allows you to restore the smartwatch to factory settings.

When performing the reset, all smartwatch data will be erased, including custom watch faces, settings, and daily information.

The APP works as a mirror of the smartwatch data. Therefore, when resetting the smartwatch:

  • The data from the current day will be deleted from the APP;
  • Records from previous days will be retained.

This feature is ideal for:

  • Resolving technical issues;
  • Preparing the device for a new user.

How do the smartwatch sensors work?

Our smartwatches are equipped with small biosensors and low power consumption, allowing more than 24 hours of autonomy. They use optical technology (LED + sensor) to measure data through the skin.

For the algorithms to work correctly and provide accurate measurements (such as calories burned, heart rate, and other wellness data), it is essential to enter your real personal data in the app — age, weight, height, and gender. Incorrect data can compromise the reliability of the measurements.

How to ensure greater accuracy in measurements
  • Wear the smartwatch well adjusted to the wrist. If it is loose, the sensor light may reflect and cause inaccurate readings.
  • Remove the translucent protective sticker from the back, as it can cause shadows and interfere with measurements.
  • Keep the battery charged so that all sensors work properly.

Sleep measurement:

Sleep measurement depends on three factors:

  1. Predefined operating schedule
  2. Continuous use of the smartwatch during sleep
  3. Good battery condition and proper wrist adjustment

Sleep tracking is done at the following times:

  • One Smart app: 8:00 PM to 10:00 AM
  • One Time Pro and One Tech Pro apps: 9:30 PM to 12:00 PM

💡 Tips for accurate tracking:

  • Wear the smartwatch throughout your sleep.
  • Adjust it snugly to your wrist, without gaps.
  • Do not sleep with a very low battery.

Data interpretation:

  • During the day: no movement = sedentary behavior
  • During the night: no movement + vital signs = different sleep phases

Step counting:

Step counting on a smartwatch without built-in GPS is done through the accelerometer

  • This sensor detects movements and changes in wrist orientation while walking.
  • Algorithms analyze the patterns of these movements to estimate the number of steps.

⚠️ Step counting may vary between models and manufacturers. On smartwatches without GPS, accuracy may be lowersince there is no location data to help calculate the distance traveled.
