Parte 1

Cuidados e manutenção

Descobre como carregar, limpar e utilizar corretamente o teu smartwatch ONE. Estes cuidados ajudam a preservar a bateria, o ecrã, os sensores, a bracelete e a resistência do equipamento durante mais tempo.

Charging and battery

Learn how to charge your smartwatch correctly and adopt habits that help preserve battery life for longer.

First charge and activation

Before first use, carefully remove any protective film covering the rear sensor and make sure the smartwatch and charging contacts are completely dry.

Fully charge it, following the time specified in your model’s manual. For some smartwatches, this initial charge is necessary to activate the device properly. Once charged, press and hold the side button for a few seconds to turn it on.

Water and moisture care instructions

Water resistance varies by model; check your smartwatch’s rating before exposing it to water or moisture.

Identify your smartwatch’s durability

The ATM rating indicates the smartwatch’s level of protection against water ingress under controlled conditions. It should not be interpreted as the depth to which you can use the device, nor as automatic authorization to swim or engage in water sports.

1 ATM corresponds to the lowest level of protection. It is intended for occasional situations, such as light rain or small accidental splashes. You should not use a 1 ATM smartwatch while showering, in a swimming pool, at sea, while diving, or during any activity involving submersion.

3 ATM offers greater protection against rain, splashes, and brief everyday contact with water. Even so, this rating does not, by itself, mean that the smartwatch can be used for swimming, bathing, or water sports. Such use should only be considered when expressly authorized in the model-specific manual.

For either rating, always check the information available on the product page, in the certificate, or in your smartwatch’s manual. Models with the same rating may have different recommendations due to their construction, buttons, sensors, and other components.

Cleaning, leather, and bracelets

Regular cleaning helps keep the sensors, screen, and wristband in good condition, while also making it more comfortable to wear against your skin.

Smartwatch cleaning

Clean the equipment with a soft, clean, lint-free cloth. Regularly remove dust, sweat, oil, and other residue, especially after exercise or prolonged use.

Do not use soap, detergents, abrasive materials, compressed air, ultrasonic cleaning, or external heat sources.

Use, Impacts, and Storage

Protect the screen, buttons, and internal components through careful use and proper storage

Impacts and risks

Avoid drops, knocks, and contact with abrasive surfaces. Remove the smartwatch before activities that could cause direct impacts to the screen, case, or buttons.

A device may still turn on after a fall and nevertheless have damage to its sensors, battery, or water resistance.

Warranty and support

Check your smartwatch’s warranty terms and find out how to request support in the event of a defect or technical problem.

Warranty coverage

Your smartwatch is covered by the warranty specified in the certificate supplied with the model. The coverage applies to manufacturing or material defects, provided that the device has been used under normal conditions and in accordance with the applicable instructions.

Buttons, screen, and navigation

On most models, you can turn on the smartwatch by pressing and holding the side button for a few seconds. A brief press usually turns the screen on or off and, when you are in a menu, lets you return to the main watch face.

To navigate, use the gestures available on the screen. Swiping down usually displays shortcuts and connection status, while swiping up shows notifications. By swiping sideways, you can browse through cards, apps, and other areas of the system.

On some smartwatches, you can also use a rotating crown or a second button to navigate, open specific features, or start a workout.

The time and date are usually synchronized automatically after you connect the smartwatch to your phone.
