Can I return or exchange an engraved item?
What is the delivery time for an engraved item?

We know that receiving this special piece is very important to you. To ensure we deliver perfect service, you can expect an approximate delivery time of four (4) additional business days beyond the usual period.
You can find the delivery time on each product page, with and without personalization.
On special dates (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas), the deadline to personalize an item is at most 3 days before the specified date.

What is the price of the recording?

On each product page, you can simulate the final price of the item with the customization you chose.

Can I engrave on both sides of the piece?

This option is only available at the One Norteshopping store, and only for rings.

In which stores can I customize items?

Our engraving service is available at the One Norteshopping and One Colombo stores.

Can I record in-store items that are not from One?
Do customized parts come with a warranty?

All personalized engraved items have a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase, according to current Portuguese law.

Can I change the font of the engraving?
