How can I pay for my purchases?

Promotional Code:
If you have a promotional code, you can use it as a payment method by entering your code in the "Use Promotional Code" field on your order payment page. The difference will be deducted from the total amount. If the promotional code value is less than the total value of your order, you must also select one of the available payment methods.

If the minimum purchase does not reach the amount indicated for your area of residence/country, shipping fees will be charged as specified in the sales policy.

You can securely pay for your orders using one of the following payment methods:
Credit Card (EasyPay): Paying with a credit card at the www.onewatchcompany.com store is 100% secure. We use SSL encrypted communication and work with a real-time connection to banking systems (EasyPay).


Multibanco and MBWay (EasyPay): Payment via Multibanco and/or MBWay is simple and carries no risk of fraudulent use of your card; One will never ask you for any personal financial information.


Paypal: After your order is confirmed, "Payment Details" with a reference to complete the payment will be sent by email. Payment can be made at a Multibanco terminal or through your bank's online service by choosing the "Payment of services and/or purchases" option. You should then enter the reference assigned to your purchase, which was also sent to you by email.

When will the amount be charged to my card?

When you receive the "Order Confirmation" in your email, the bank reserves the order amount, but it is only charged when the order is shipped.

Why might my credit card be declined?

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:
The card is expired. Check the expiration date on your card;
The card limit has been reached. If your card has not exceeded the allowed amount for your purchases, you should contact your bank;
The information entered is incorrect. Make sure the details you provided are correct (for example, the name on the card must match the billing information).

Are my credit card details secure?

Yes. We never receive or store your credit card details at any time: these are transmitted with each purchase through a connection protected by an encrypted protocol directly to the entity responsible for managing electronic payment. Can I get an invoice in the name of my company?
How is the refund processed in case of a return?

Refunds are always made to the same payment method used. For payments by multibanco, you need to provide your IBAN through the return form or via the automatic request sent by email.
