What is ONE EXTRA LAYER and Waterproof Technology?

The coating of the parts is reinforced with an EXTRA ONE LAYER, an additional protective layer with properties resistant to fresh water, salt water, chlorine, and sweat - composed of Alumina (aluminum oxide). It is a highly resistant and stable material, widely used in demanding areas such as medicine, dentistry, and cosmetics. Recognized for its high skin tolerance, alumina is an inert, safe material not associated with allergic reactions, making it ideal for prolonged contact with the skin.

This extra layer:

  • Significantly increases the durability of the coating
  • Improves resistance to wear and abrasion
  • Contributes to greater comfort and safety in contact with the skin
  • Makes the parts up to 3x more resistant compared to conventional PVD
Care and Maintenance

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your ONE jewelry, it is recommended to:

  • Rinse with fresh water after contact with seawater or chlorine
  • Carefully dry with a soft cloth
  • Avoid prolonged contact with perfumes, creams, or harsh chemicals
Warranty

ONE offers a 3-year warranty, valid upon presentation of the proof of purchase. This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing or material defects, provided that the piece is used under normal conditions, including those specified by waterproof technology. ONE jewelry is designed to withstand contact with water, sweat, and daily use. However, this resistance does not eliminate natural wear over time. The warranty does not cover:

  • Natural wear resulting from use;
  • Color or shine changes resulting from prolonged exposure to salt, chlorine, or chemical agents;
  • Damage caused by impact, misuse, or negligence in use outside the care recommendations indicated;
  • Slight variations in tone or finish inherent to the production process.

The warranty will be considered invalid in case of repair, modification, or intervention by entities not authorized by ONE. The brand is not responsible for the loss of invoices and warranty certificates.
