No indication: Avoid any contact with water.

Water Resistant: Protection against rain and occasional splashes.

3 ATM / 30 m: Suitable for rain, splashes, and light contact with water; not suitable for showering, swimming, or diving.

5 ATM / 50 m: Suitable for more frequent contact with water and, depending on the model, surface swimming. Not suitable for diving.

10–20 ATM / 100–200 m: Suitable for rain and splashes, washing your hands, playing sports, swimming, and diving.

Before exposing the watch to water, check the rating indicated on the case back and make sure the crown is fully closed.

Never adjust the time or date or use the buttons when the watch is wet or submerged. Using these components may compromise the case’s protection and allow water to enter.

Avoid strong impacts to the crown, crystal, or buttons. Even when there is no immediately visible damage, a drop or удар can affect the watch’s water resistance.

Watches with genuine leather straps should not be used in water, even if the case has a water-resistance rating. Water and moisture can stain, deform, or wear the leather.

Rinse the watch with fresh water and dry it carefully.

For models with water resistance of 5 ATM or higher, cleaning after contact with salt water helps prevent corrosion, premature wear, and damage to external components.

Avoid extreme temperatures, very humid environments, and sudden temperature changes.

Do not use the watch in saunas, hot baths, or jacuzzis, as heat can compromise the seals and water resistance.

If the watch has been dropped, subjected to a strong impact, or repaired, it is recommended to check its water resistance before using it in contact with water.

In the men's collection, the ATM rating is present on the models, except for watches with leather straps.

In the women's collection, this rating applies only to the Celebrity and Majesty.

models. The exact rating may vary, so you should always confirm the model's specific rating before contact with water.

Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, cosmetics, detergents, alcohol, and cleaning products. Do not expose the watch to extreme temperatures, steam, or sudden temperature changes.

When you are not wearing the watch, store it in a dry, protected place, preferably in its original box or pouch. Avoid placing it in direct contact with jewelry or objects that could scratch the glass, case, or strap.

Avoid drops and impacts, especially to the glass, crown, and buttons. If you notice condensation inside the glass, irregular operation, a loose crown, or difficulty adjusting it, seek authorized service.

Avoid water, excessive sweat, perfumes, and creams. If the bracelet becomes damp, let it air-dry naturally away from heat sources. The leather may change with use, as part of the material’s natural wear.

Treat models with crystals as jewelry pieces. Avoid impacts, friction, water, perfumes, and other liquids that could affect their appearance or attachment. Do not try to glue or repair the crystals at home.

Whenever the case is opened, the lid gasket must be checked and replaced if necessary. After the intervention, ask whether a new water-resistance test needs to be performed.

Seek assistance if you notice condensation, water ingress, irregular operation, persistent time loss or gain, a damaged crown, cracked glass, misaligned hands, or problems with the bracelet clasp.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, straps, batteries, glass, damage caused by drops, impacts, improper use or negligence, or damage to the crown or loss of decorative crystals.

Do not attempt to repair or modify the watch at home. Work carried out by unauthorized parties may invalidate the warranty. Always visit an authorized ONE store, retailer, or service center.
