Boa tarde,já tive dois relógios dessa marca e quando acaba a carga depois não consigo voltar a carregar .Têm de ir para a garantia e ficam por lá 30 dias e voltam iguais.

Dou 2 estrelas, porque a conexão via bluetooth é mesmo muito curta. Falei com a assistência técnica, pois podia haver alguma coisa via app/relógio que podia fazer mas, prontamente informaram que não havia nada a fazer e que todos os modelos smartwatch One são iguais nesse parâmetro. Devoluções não aceitam, sinto me um pouco enganada.

The latest generations of One Smartwatches allow you to make and receive calls directly from the device. Below we clarify some of the most frequently asked questions about this feature:
Does the contact name not appear when you receive a call? Please check the following:

Is your device properly paired in the One App? (image on the right)
Have you enabled call permissions in the App settings? (image on the left)
Are your contacts stored on the SIM card? If so, and the smartwatch does not have access to this specific storage, it may prevent reading the contacts. If contacts are stored on the SIM card and not available in the phone’s memory, the smartwatch may not be able to read this information, especially if it can only read contacts from the phone’s memory or the synced Google account.

Is the number of frequent contacts limited? Yes! Each One App has a limit on the number of frequent contacts you can add. To do this, open the App, select "Frequent Contacts," and on the page select "+" to add to the list. Synchronization is automatic, and the contacts you choose will appear on the smartwatch under "Frequent Contacts."

Whenever you want to change the list, you must edit it directly in the App by following the steps above.

One Smart App — 8 frequent contacts
One Tech Pro App — 10 frequent contacts
One Time Pro App — 10 frequent contacts

To receive notifications, you must ensure that the app you want has notifications enabled, and the permissions properly connected in your One App.

To set up, follow the steps below:

iPhone (iOS)

1. Settings > Apps

Select the corresponding app (One Smart / One Time Pro / One Tech Pro)
Go to “Mobile Networks” and enable:
“Add Smartwatch APP”

2. In Settings > Notifications > Lock Screen, enable:

“Always Preview”

3. Make sure the desired notifications are active in the app

4. Turn off the smartwatch and turn it back on

Android

1. Settings > Apps

Select the corresponding app (One Smart / One Time Pro / One Tech Pro)

2. In the “Mobile Data” option, enable:

“Allow background data usage”
“Allow data usage with Data Saver on”

3. In “Battery” select:

“Not restricted”

4. In Settings > Notifications > Lock Screen, enable:

“Show content”

5. Turn off the smartwatch and turn it back on

Huawei

1. Check if notifications appear in the phone’s status bar and are visible

2. In the app, verify that all permissions are enabled

3. Go to Settings > Apps > App Launch

Enable: One Smart / One Time Pro / One Tech Pro

4. In Data Usage, enable:

“Mobile data” + “Wi-Fi” + “Background data” + “Roaming”

5. In Permission Manager, enable:

“Auto-launch”
“Secondary launch”
“Run in background”

After pairing with the app, the smartwatch automatically reconnects when it is within range. When you open the app, it automatically detects the smartwatch.

Bluetooth may disconnect on its own because the maximum range between the smartwatch and the phone is 8 meters in a straight line, without obstacles. The connection can be affected by:

Walls, doors, or other physical obstacles;
Interference from other electronic devices that use Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

💡 Important: the functionality of Location for the One app must be enabled.
