Fui à loja com o objetivo de comprar um presente e, durante a visita, demonstrei também interesse em comprar algumas peças para mim. No entanto, senti pouco interesse por parte da funcionária em ajudar ou concretizar a venda.

Quando colocava questões sobre as peças, muitas vezes nem olhava para mim e limitava-se a responder que determinadas peças não estavam disponíveis. Inclusive, demonstrei interesse numa pulseira que fazia parte de um conjunto, mas, sem sequer verificar qual era a peça a que me referia, respondeu que não era possível comprá-la separadamente. Durante todo o atendimento, senti uma constante tentativa de nos despachar.

Acabei por comprar o colar, uma vez que se destinava a um presente. Caso contrário, provavelmente teria desistido da compra.

Compreendo perfeitamente que existam dias menos bons e que nem sempre estejamos no nosso melhor, mas considero que o atendimento poderia ter sido feito de uma forma mais atenciosa e profissional. Fiquei, por isso, bastante desagradada com a experiência.
