Starting November 1st, all purchases made at ONE have an extended exchange period until January 12, 2025. The return period remains the same, 30 days after receiving the order. This is the perfect opportunity to buy Christmas presents in advance. You can check the exchange and return policy here. It’s important to note that only size exchanges qualify for the discount applied at the time of purchase. All other situations will be subject to the price in effect at the time of exchange.

No! Black Friday is available online at www.onewatchcompany.com but also in all 5 ONE physical stores in Portugal: Braga Parque, Norte Shopping, Oeiras Parque, CascaiShopping, and Colombo Shopping Center.

How long do I have to pay for an order on Black Friday, and what payment methods are available?
The payment methods available during Black Friday are the same as throughout the rest of the year: Multibanco, MBWay, Credit Card, Paypal, and Payment in Installments via Klarna. If you choose Multibanco, please note that stock is not reserved, so it’s not guaranteed that the product will still be available when you make the payment. By selecting the other payment methods, you can secure your purchase without worry. It’s faster and safer.
